With the purchase of a second SLM 800 from Nikon SLM Solutions, M&H is further expanding its production capacity. This state-of-the-art selective laser melting system, equipped with the largest build chamber on the market, provides the ideal platform for the manufacture of large metal components – and sets new standards in efficiency and production speed.
The SLM 800 enables us to manufacture large components with the utmost precision whilst optimising our production processes. Thanks to the 700W Quad technology, combined with the 500 x 280 x 850 mm build chamber, we offer our customers not only increased production capacity, but also significantly shorter lead times and more efficient manufacturing. The combined multi-machine setup, comprising up to five machines, also ensures maximum flexibility in industrial production.
In addition, M&H benefits from the SLM 800’s patented innovations, such as the metal coating brush, the permanent filter module and the centralised powder supply system. These advanced components help to further improve the entire manufacturing process and ensure the highest quality standards.
