Here at M&H, we are proud of our long-standing partnership with Rennstall Esslingen and the joint developments we have undertaken, which aim to revolutionise motorsport in subtle yet significant ways. An outstanding example of this is the wheel carrier we manufactured on behalf of the racing team.
The racing team’s design was produced using our state-of-the-art 3D printing facilities and precision-machined on our CNC machines. The component is made from the aluminium alloy Scalmalloy, which is particularly sought after in motorsport due to its outstanding mechanical properties.
Our approach is already making an impact in the pinnacle of motorsport: Scalmalloy has been officially approved as a material for additive manufacturing in Formula 1 for several years now. These technologies and materials are helping to take motorsport components to a new level of performance – and we are proud to be part of this development.
