✔ Tactile 5-axis scanning (Renishaw AGILITY)
Using the REVO-2 head on a 5-axis coordinate measuring machine from RENISHAW, we can measure even complex geometries quickly and with pinpoint accuracy.
Key specifications:
• Measurement range: 1,200 × 2,000 × 1,000 mm
• Accuracy: up to 1.5 µm
• Probe lengths: up to 350 mm
• Measurement speed: up to 500 mm/s
• Data acquisition rate: up to 4,000 points per second
Ideal for: initial sampling, production inspections, quality assurance, complex 3D components.
✔ 3D laser scanning with colour matching (Nikon H120)
The Nikon Modelmaker H120 7-axis measuring arm with integrated laser scanner enables non-contact, high-resolution 3D scans – including colour comparison between the actual condition and CAD data.
Key specifications:
• Accuracy: 7 µm
• Measuring arm length: 2.5 m
• Colour-coded visualisation of deviations
• Also ideal for components that are difficult to access
Areas of application: Deformation analysis, incoming goods inspection, quality assurance, geometric measurement before or after machining.
✔ Reverse Engineering
You don’t have a 3D model, but you do have an existing part?
We create a precise digital replica based on a tactile or laser scan – ideal for CAD modelling, reproduction or variant development.
✔ Test reports & documentation
All measurement results are documented in accordance with standards – and, on request, can also include CAD comparison, tolerance diagrams and visual analysis. Our measurement reports are ready for immediate use in quality assurance processes, audits or for customer approval.
✔ Also: laser engraving
We also offer high-precision laser engraving for marking components – a contact-free process that requires no clamping. Logos, serial numbers, QR codes or variable data can all be engraved with ease. The engraving is permanently legible and does not alter the geometry of the component.
